Refund Policy

Aegis is a digital key product. Once a key is delivered or redeemed, refunds are limited.

• If checkout fails and no key is delivered, open a Discord support ticket.
• If a delivered key is invalid, support will verify and replace it.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may disable the related key.
